What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in SGD (Singapore Dollars). 

What mode of payments do you accept? 

If you are purchasing directly through our online shop, we currently only accept payments from credit and debit cards through PayPal

If you are placing your order from within Singapore and would like to pay via Cash or Bank Transfer, please drop us an email with your order as soon as you can so that we can save the order for you and arrange the alternative payment method instead. *Please note that Cash payments are for pick-up/self-collections only. In this case, your order will held for 14 days after confirmation from our end. Anytime after the 14 day mark, your order will be released.


Where do you ship?

At the moment, we ship within Singapore as well as to — Australia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States. *Please note that liquids & lotions are not permitted to be shipped overseas.

If you are living in a country not stated above, but see something you need to get your hands on  — please feel free to drop us an email at with item name/quantity and the exact location you’re at and we’ll see what we can do. Not all items (liquids & lotions in particular) are guaranteed to ship internationally — due to laws and restrictions here in Singapore. But fret not, we may even be able to link you to a provider closer to you if any! Please also note that, international shipping charges will vary with item and location including exchange rates, and that all charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are also not responsible for any lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit and by purchasing directly from us, you are automatically agreeing to these conditions. 

How much is shipping? 

If you are placing your online order within Singapore, we ship with a flat rate postage fee of S$6 inclusive of parcel tracking. 

*For Local Orders — we also offer a pick-up/self-collection option (which we recommend! Find out why below). However, this means that you would either have to view the products online then email us separately with your order, OR purchase online as per normal, with an expected refund of shipping costs when you collect your items. All you have to do is to type in: ‘Pick Up Option’ in the Note box during check out and we will contact you directly.

If you are placing your online order from the countries stated above, there is a flat rate fee of either S$10, S$12 or S$15 (inclusive of parcel tracking) depending on where you’re located. Charges for everywhere else will vary with item and location, email us and we will get back to you with an exact cost within 5 working days. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We process our orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We promise to deliver your order within 5 working days once payment is confirmed, unless it is a made-to-order item, where we would give it anytime between 7-15 days. During holidays and peak ordering times, please allow a longer period for your orders to be dispatched. We deeply appreciate and thank you for your understanding when an order is delayed during theses times. 


What are your pick-up/self-collection locations and timings? 

Pick-ups will occur twice a week, after work hours during these days/times, after confirmation from our side:

* Mondays — Bugis Mrt/City Hall Mrt, from 7pm - 8.30pm 

* Fridays — Bugis Mrt/City Hall Mrt, from 7pm - 8.30pm 

Customers opting for self-collection are welcomed to drop by space to collect their items after confirmation of appointment from our end.

Why pick-up/self-collect instead? 

Well, it’s simple — we’re on a mission to reduce any excessive packaging where possible, whether it’s recycled or not. 

It’s hard to judge how green shopping online actually is. It’s true that e-stores need less space and use less energy since everything is stored in one central space. With the booming trend of online orders from around the world as well as within Singapore, together with the nature of our products (being in glass bottles or jars) — we would have to pad them properly in bubble wrap of some sort in order for them to get to you in once piece during transit, and therefore, it goes without saying that all the extra packaging combined with the delivery trucks and miles, online shopping tends to lose its advantage. 

While we work on acquiring more environmentally friendly packaging to send our goods out in, such as boxes, bubble wrap or paper packaging we’ve recycled, or more accurately, reused… we hope that you can take the time to help us out on our mission! We all benefit — a cleaner world, one step at a time. Singapore is not a big country and majority of us work in, or around the central area or usually pass by these areas on our way home. So, if it’s already on your way or if you plan to be around the area on the days we’ve set for up for pick ups, why not arrange a meet up with us to collect your items by foot or a short bus ride away instead? If we may say this, you may even get the benefit of some added exercise and walk! Yay. This will help us greatly on our journey to minimise the resources needed and used when a whole load of extra deliveries are to be dispatched. 

*If this is not an option for you, we would suggest to set up ‘buying groups’ within your circle to place collective orders, where we can deliver the items to you and and your friends at one go! We will still love you, promise. 


What's your policy on returns & exchanges?

We take every precaution to ensure that your package and products are of the best quality before its departure from our studio — every item is checked throughly for cracks, spillage or any other defects. However, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit and by purchasing directly from us, you are automatically agreeing to these conditions. 

If you were shipped the wrong order, our humblest apologies! You have up to 7 days to notify us (any notifications after this time frame will not be accepted) — please leave us with the order number, name and photo of the incorrect item. We will send you the correct item once we have received the wrong one. In this case, shipping is on us! Scan the receipt of proof once you have sent it, and we will reimburse the correct shipping costs into your PayPal account as soon as possible.

As with any returns, all items have to be kept in their original state — unused & unopened. All returning items must be shipped through registered mail. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if the returned item does not comply with this policy.
